How does the planning process work?
- During our initial free consultation, you’ll share what you’re looking for in your dream wedding. We'll get to know each other and the big picture details.
- If we decide to move forward together, we'll plan a more in-depth call to talk specifics. What's the vibe? Color palette? Guest count? Venue type? Food preference?
- We'll get proposals from resorts and venues that fit your wishlist and budget and present them to you. We'll then arrange a room block contract and lock in your venues.
- We'll manage all the resort reservations and communication with your guests from start to finish. We're not just there for you, but all your loved ones, too.

How far in advance should I book my destination wedding?
We recommend our couples plan their destination wedding 14 to 18 months in advance to have the most options when reserving room blocks and specific venues for their multiple events.
Booking early also means more time for your guests to plan their travel arrangements.

How much does a destination wedding cost?
- The short answer is, it depends! But from our experience, we've found the average price of a destination wedding in Mexico or the Caribbean For 50 guests is $5000 to 10,000.
- There are a variety of factors that can influence the cost of your wedding, from decor, guest list, resort, venue, food options, music, photography, and so much more.

What are the most popular wedding packages?
- Some of the most popular wedding packages are the Beyond Memorable package, which is offered at Dreams and Secrets resorts, the Always and Forever package, which is offered at El Dorado and Generations Riviera Maya, and the complimentary package offered at Palace Resorts.

What are some of the most popular destination wedding venues?
- There are so many stunning resorts and venues available, depending on what type of aesthetic you're looking for. Some couples want white sand beaches and others want sweeping rooftop views. It also depends on your guest list size as some venues can only accomodate a certain number of guests.
- Some of our favorite and most popular venues are the rooftop and pier at Generations Riviera Maya, the Gazebo at Moon Palace Cancun, poolside at Dreams Playa Mujeres, the pool area at Breathless Los Cabo, and Blanc Wind at > Le Blanc Cabo.
- You can also have mutiple venues for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We see this quite often and can afford you stunning backdrops throughout your affair.
Complimentary rooms/passengers from hotel promotions are not considered paid and will not count toward the total number for this promotion.
