Vaness and Andrew’s wedding will be held on August 18-22, 2022 at the Hard Rock Vallarta resort a 5 star, family-friendly, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in the Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.
We have reserved a block of rooms for wedding guests and roundtrip transportation to and from the airport. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending. We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and we will confirm availability if it’s outside the core group dates.

-Friday August 19: Welcome Dinner (6pm)
-Saturday August 20: Wedding Ceremony at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (1:15 pm)
-Saturday August 20: Civil Wedding Ceremony at Hard Rock followed by cocktails and reception (5:30pm)
Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form and your $150 per person non-refundable deposit by March 1, 2022, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due April 20, 2022.
- -Send us your flight information no later than June 20, 2022 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and/or Visa and it does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and April 20, 2022 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after April 20, 2022 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- – Per the CDC regardless of COVID vaccination status, a negative COVID test is required prior to re-entry in the United States (will be arranged upon arrival at the resort) as of 12/20/21, subject to change.

Room Information
A $150 per person non-refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. Please then have the other person paying in the room submit their own form and list your roommate as the second traveler. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.

Rates for one person in the room is available upon request. Children 2-12 are $120 per child for 3-night stay and $30 per extra night, in a room with 2 paying adults.
