Racquel and Steven’s wedding will be held on February 25, 2024 at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort in Mexico, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. You must submit the booking form and $150 per person non-refundable deposit to me by July 15, 2023.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with names as they appear on your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable deposit by July 15, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due November 5, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than January 10, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- –Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and November 5, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after November 5, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- -Any change to your reservation after the first change is subject to a $50 per change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.
