The Parris Family Trip will be held June 26-30, 2024, at Dreams Macao Beach Resort in Punta Cana, a 5 star, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight. You must submit the booking form and $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit to me by November 28, 2023.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form and your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by November 28, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due March 28, 2024.
- -Send us your flight information no later than May 15, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and March 28, 2024 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after March 28, 2024 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- Any change after the first change is subject to a $50 per change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.

Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
