Melissa and Desmond’s wedding will be held on December 12, 2026, at Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa Resort in Mexico, located on a beautiful white sand beach with spectacular views of Caribbean Sea. Please note that this is an adults-only resort. (There is a minimum of a 3-night stay.)

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resorts. Even though the couple are knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! You must submit the booking form to me by April 10, 2026.

You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you.

Transportation to/from Cancun, Mexico airport is included with your package as long as flights are provided by the deadline.

Important Dates & Details
- ● Submit the booking form with the name that appears on your passport by April 10, 2026, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $250 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
- ● Final payment of your remaining balance will be due August 1, 2026.
- ● Flights must be provided by October 10, 2026 otherwise transportation to/from the resort is not guaranteed and/or complimentary. (We’ll follow up with specific instructions)
- ● Any cancellation between the time of booking and August 1, 2026, is subject to $250 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- ● Any cancellation after August 1, 2026, is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- ● Any change after the first is subject to a $50 per change, per person fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.
- ● MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CURRENT PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE UNTIL AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR LAST DATE OF TRAVEL.

Room Information
A $250 per person non-refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, and transfers.
