Megan and Mike’s wedding will be held April 28, 2024 at Azul Beach Riviera Cancun Resort, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Important Dates & Details

-Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by October 12, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person deposit.
-Final payment of your remaining balance will be due January 5, 2024.
-Send us your flight information no later than March 1, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
-Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
-Any cancellation between the time of booking and January 5, 2024 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
-Any cancellation after January 5, 2024 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
Any change after the first is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.

If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.

Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.

All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.

All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.

Luxury Suite Ocean View

An oversized floorplan with one king-size bed or two queen beds, a relaxing hot tub, and a patio or balcony with sweeping ocean views. (Max. occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children)

Double occupancy prices are per person based upon 2 or 3 adults in the room

4 nights: $792 per person | $932 total with insurance per person
3 nights: $654 per person | $794 total with insurance per person

Single Occupancy based upon 1 adult in the room

4 nights: $1,147 per person | $1,332 total with insurance per person
3 nights: $874 per person | $1,059 total with insurance per person

Children rates: 0-2 are $45 per for the entire stay – 3-12 yrs are $330 per child for the 3-night stay and $100 per child for each additional night. Children’s rates are based upon 2 paying adults in the room.

Jr. Suite (Adults Only)

Located in the adults-only section of the resort. It has King size bed and hydromassage tub . They have a view of the pool or the gardens. (Max. occupancy 2 adults – King Bed Only)

Swim Up Jr. Suite – Adults Only

Located in the adults-only section of the resort, these suites feature a King-size bed, views of the pool or gardens. Guests can plunge into our “river of rest” right from the suite. All Suites have a large terrace overlooking the pool, garden or sea. (Max. occupancy 2 adults – King Bed Only)
