Kelsey and Caleb’s wedding will be held May 25-30, 2022 at The Grand at Moon Palace, a 5 star, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by October 15, 2022, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due March 20, 2023.
- -Make sure that you have a current passport and it does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and March 20, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after March 20 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any change to your reservation after the first is subject to a $50 change fee (i.e. changing your dates more than once, changing passengers, etc). No changes are permitted after final payment.

Room Information
A $150 per person nonrefundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
Grand Deluxe Garden View
Large room with views of the gardens of the resort. The rooms are very large with whirlpool tubs. Rooms can hold up to 4 guests including children.
Per person based upon 2 adults in the room
- 5 nights: $1,883 per person
- 4 nights: $1,506 per person
The third and fourth adults are $1,056 for a 4 night stay and $264 per person per additional night
Rates for one person in room
- 5 nights: $3,765 per person
- 4 nights: $3,012 per person
Rates for children ages 0-3 are $40 per child for the entire stay when sharing a room with 2 paying adults; Children 4-17 are $424 per child for the 4-night stay and $106 per extra night when staying with two paying adults
