The celebration of Kayla and Brian will be held March 15-19, 2022 at The Playacar Palace resort in Mexico, a 5 star, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.
Our team at DestinationWeddingeeze is coordinating the destination wedding plans for the couple. We’re excited for the wedding and look forward to seeing you there!
We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though Kayla and Brian are knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
If you would like to extend your stay, and turn this into a vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. You must submit the booking form to me by September 1, 2021.
ALL GUESTS must book their room through this page to attend the wedding.

Transportation to/from CUN airport is included with your package.
Please make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least October 2022.
Please make sure to submit the booking form by September 1, 2021 for initial deposit submission.
Any cancellation between the time of booking and December 21, 2021 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
Any cancellation after December 21, 2021 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).

Come early, stay late! You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. The minimum stay is 3 nights (transportation is included for 4-night stays and more). Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date.
If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees and transfers (for 4 night stays or more).
Important dates to remember:

Final payment of the remaining balance of your room is due by December 21, 2021
