Kate and Sean’s wedding will be held on January 12, 2024 with a recommended stay of January 10 – 15, 2024 at Unico 2087 Resort in Mexico, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.

Important Dates & Details

• -Submit the booking form with your name as it appears on your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable deposit by April 28, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
• -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due August 25, 2023.
• -Send us your flight information no later than November 15, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
• –Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after your last travel date.
• -Any cancellation between the time of booking and August 25, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
• -Any cancellation after August 25, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).  In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance.  If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
• -Any change to your reservation after the first is subject to a $50 per change fee. No changes allowed within 30 days of departure.
