Josh and Ryan’s wedding will be held on February 27, 2026, at Grand Velas Riviera Maya in Mexico, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort, with a suggested stay from February 26 – March 2, 2026. (There is a minimum of a 3-night stay.)

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please get in touch with me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and complete the booking form and your $300 per person deposit if you are attending by August 1, 2025.

We have a limited number of each room type, so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you.

Transportation to/from Cancun, Mexico airport is included with your package as long as flights are provided by the deadline.

Please make sure to have your flight information by December 26, 2025, so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort. We’ll follow-up with instructions on how to submit your flight information.

Followed by Cocktail Hour and Reception – Ambassador Beach

Important Dates & Details

● Submit the booking form with names as they appear in your passport and your $300 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by August 1, 2025, at which point we will confirm availability and process your payment.

● The final payment of your remaining balance will be due October 3, 2025.

● Please make sure to have your flight information by December 26, 2025, so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort. We’ll follow-up with instructions on how to submit your flight information.

● Any cancellation between the time of booking and October 3, 2025, is subject to a $300 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).

● Any cancellation after October 3, 2025, is subject to a 100% full-payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form, you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.

● Any change after the first is subject to a $100 per change fee. No changes are allowed after the final payment.

● MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CURRENT PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE UNTIL AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR LAST DATE OF TRAVEL.

Room Information

A $300 per person non-refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.

Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.

All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, and transfers.

All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Prices are based upon arrival on February 26, 2026. Arrival on other dates pricing may vary. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
