Jillian and Jason’s wedding will be held at Generations and El Dorado and Casitas Resort, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resorts in Mexico.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. We have a limited number of rooms available, so we recommend acting quickly to ensure you secure a room for your desired dates. The minimum stay is three nights, but you can choose to stay longer with a recommended stay from June 22 – 27, 2023.
If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. Please submit the booking form by December 31, 2022. Once we receive your booking form, we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person deposit. The deadline to reserve a room is February 1, at which final payment of any balance will be due. Any booking made in 2022 will be responsible for a $150 deposit at the time of booking. Any room reserved in 2023 will be responsible for full payment at the time of booking.

You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you.

Important Dates & Details
- ● Submit the booking form by December 31, 2022, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person deposit.
- ● Any booking submitted between December 31 and February 1 will be responsible for full payment at the time of booking.
- ● Final payment for any balance will be due on February 1.
- ● Flights must be provided by April 18, 2023 otherwise transportation to/from the resort is not guaranteed and/or complementary. (We’ll follow up with specific instructions)
- ● Please ensure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- ● Any cancellation between the time of booking and February 1, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- ● Any cancellation after February 1, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- ● Any change after the first is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.
- ● Travel Protection must be purchased at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed we cannot change the travel protection status of your reservation.

Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection is available and recommended (starting at $150 per adult). The single-use insurance allows you to adjust your reservation or cancel at any point prior to travel without penalty and have a full refund less the price of insurance.
