We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple are knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! You must submit the booking form by May 1, 2023.
If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. Please submit the booking form by May 1, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by May 1, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due August 1, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than September 15, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and August 1, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after August 1, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- -Any change after the first is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.
- -Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.

We’ve reserved one category of rooms at the resort but there are additional options for upgrade, including swim-up rooms and preferred club rooms (additional amenities with this category). While they’re not part of our reserved room block they may be available so if you’re interested please reach out to our team.
