Emelder and Guy’s wedding will be held July 27, 2024 at Dreams Vista Resort in Mexico, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. Please submit the booking form by December 8, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by December 8, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
- -Final payment of the remaining balance will be processed on March 15, 2024.
- -Send us your flight information no later than June 1, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and March 15, 2024 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after March 15, 2024 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- -Any change to your reservation after the first is subject to $50 per change fee. No changes allowed after final payment.

If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.

Deluxe Ocean View
Ocean views – furnished balcony or terrace- king size bed or two double beds.
