We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. We have a limited number of rooms so act fast to make sure you secure your room. Ladies: Formal summer sundresses at any length, flowy long skirts, etc.
Gents: A summer suit or a nice button-down shirt and lightweight pants.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your name as it appears in your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit by March 15, 2025, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due July 15, 2025.
- -Make sure that you have a current passport and it does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and July 15, 2025, is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after July 15, 2025, is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any change after the first change is subject to a $50 per change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.

Room Information
A $150 per person non refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. Please then have the other persons payment information so that you can provide both payments at the time of submitting your form and list your roommate as the second traveler. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
Grand Deluxe Garden View Room
Large room with views of the gardens of the resort. The rooms are very large with whirlpool tubs. (Max. 4 guests in room – 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children)
Double occupancy-per person based upon 2 or 3 in the room – (Min. stay 4 nights)
- 5 nights: $1,483 per person
- 4 nights: $1,186 per person
Single occupancy based upon 1 adult in room – (Min. stay 4 nights)

Children 0 – 17 yrs is $30 per child for the entire stay when staying with a full-paying adult; proof of age must be provided at check-in. (Max. two children per room)
