Devlina and Kunal’s wedding will be held April 20-24, 2022 at The Beach Palace Cancun, a 5 star, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you. If you are saying 4 nights or more we have also arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you.

Transportation to/from CUN airport is included with your package if you are staying 4 nights or more. If you are staying 3 nights or less the transportation to/from the resort and airport is NOT included.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form by January 10, 2022, at which point we will confirm availability and process your payment (payment is non-transferrable and 100% non-refundable)
- Full payment will be processed at the time of booking.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- -Any cancellation once your reservation is made is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
- -Per the CDC, regardless of COVID vaccination status, a negative COVID test is required prior to re-entry in the United States (will be arranged upon arrival at the resort) as of 11/4/21, subject to change.

If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort if you are staying 4 nights or more. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers(for those staying 4 nights or more).
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
Upon confirmation of your room you will be charged the full amount for the trip. You payment is 100% non refundable and non transferable.
