Debanhi and Eric’s wedding will be held March 28, 2024 with a stay of March 26-31, 2024 at Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa Resort in Mexico, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple are knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! You must submit the booking form to me by August 1, 2023.

Transportation to/from Cancun, Mexico airport is included with your package as long as flights are provided by the deadline.

Important Dates & Details
- ● Submit the booking form with the name that appears on your passport by August 1, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
- ● Final payment of your remaining balance will be due December 8, 2023.
- ● Flights must be provided by February 5, 2024 otherwise transportation to/from the resort is not guaranteed and/or complimentary. (We’ll follow up with specific instructions)
- ● Any cancellation between the time of booking and December 8, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- ● Any cancellation after December 8, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- ● Any change after the first is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.
- ● MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CURRENT PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE UNTIL AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR LAST DATE OF TRAVEL.

If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
