Danielle and Miguel’s wedding will be held May 30 to June 5, 2023 at Azul Beach Riviera Cancun Resort, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.

We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

Important Dates & Details

-Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by January 13, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person deposit.
-Final payment of your remaining balance will be due March 13, 2023.
-Send us your flight information no later than April 3, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
-Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after departure.
-Any cancellation between the time of booking and March 13, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
-Any cancellation after March 13, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).

If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.

Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.

All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.

All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.

Luxury Suite Ocean View

An oversized floorplan with one king-size bed or two queen beds, a relaxing hot tub, and a patio or balcony with sweeping ocean views.

King size bed; guests can step right into the swim up pool. Underwater chaise lounge in the swim up pool just a few steps off the terrace. Garden and pool view. Adults only
