We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

March 24 | Welcome Bonfire Party @7 -9 PM Location: Beach Gazebo
Attire: Casual – Anything goes, from sundresses to jeans and tees.
March 26| Unplugged Symbolic Ceremony @ 5:15 – 6 PM
Location: Margaritaville Sky Gazebo
Attire: Semi- Formal – Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Followed by : Cocktail Hour @ 6-7 PM Location: Margaritaville Sky Gazebo
Reception @ 7-11 PM Location: Margaritaville Beach House
Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by August 15, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due December 6, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than January 30, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and December 6, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after December 6, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- Any change after the first change is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.

Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.

Our Paradise Room opens to a balcony or terrace complete with either Adirondack chairs or a day bed and boasts garden views. This room has a King bed Only (Max. occupancy 2 adults and 1 child)
