Anabell and Robert’s wedding will be held on October 31, 2025, with a suggested stay of October 29 – November 3, 2025, at Dreams Cap Cana, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in the Dominican Republic. (The minimum stay is 3-nights.)

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you. (The minimum stay is 3-nights.)

Important Dates & Details
● Submit the booking form with the name that appears on your passport by March 25, 2025, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
● Final payment of your remaining balance will be due July 25, 2025.
● Flights must be provided by August 24, 2025 otherwise transportation to/from the resort is not guaranteed and/or complimentary. (We’ll follow up with specific instructions)
● Any cancellation between the time of booking and July 25, 2025, is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
● Any cancellation after July 25, 2025, is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
● Any change after the first is subject to a $50 per change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.
● MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CURRENT PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE UNTIL AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR LAST DATE OF TRAVEL.

Room Information
A $150 per person nonrefundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
Junior Suite King
These suites offer a furnished terrace facing the garden and provides one king bed and a sofa. (Max. occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children/teens)
