Alexis and Tyler’s wedding will be held on November 10, 2023 with a recommended stay of November 7 – 12, 2023 at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort in Mexico, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. You must submit the booking form and $150 per person non-refundable deposit to me by April 27, 2023.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with names as they appear on your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable deposit by April 27, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due August 11, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than September 15, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and August 11, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after August 11, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any change to your reservation after the first change is subject to a $50 change fee. Changes after final payment are subject to refusal.
