Aisha and Vivek’s wedding will be held April 20-23, 2023 at the Hard Rock Punta Cana resort a 5 star, family-friendly, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in the Dominican Republic.
We have reserved a block of rooms for wedding guests and roundtrip transportation to and from the airport. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending. We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and we will confirm availability if it’s outside the core group dates.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form and your $150 per person non-refundable deposit by November 30, 2022, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due January 7, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than March 7, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and/or Visa and it does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and January 7, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after January 7, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).

Room Information
A $150 per person non-refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. Please then have the other person paying in the room submit their own form and list your roommate as the second traveler. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.

Children 0-3 are $40 for the entire stay with 2 paying adults; Children 3-12 are $105 per child for a 3-night stay and $25 per child per extra night.
