Our Story!!
Living two different lives, a common interest brought Zena and Todd together: a love for working out. Throughout the years, Todd and Zena would run into each other across town. One day, by coincidence or fate, Zena joined a new gym and as she walked in she saw Todd (Michael) on the treadmill. Not remembering his name at the time, she decided to use the treadmill right next to him. As he was getting off the treadmill she said “Hey, I know you” and he said “Oh yeah, Zena right? “ He then said “I bet you don’t remember my name” and she said “it’s Bill right?”They laughed it off and he said “No, it’s Todd”. Ever since that interaction, Zena calls him “Bill”.
Coming from two different backgrounds, both Zena and Todd fell in love with each other’s uniqueness. Zena, being born in Guyana but raised in Brooklyn, New York brought a lot of flair to Todd’s taste buds. Todd on the other hand, was born and raised in Big Stone Gap, located in Southwest Virginia, which brought his own flair to their relationship with his smothered turkey wings, which Zena thoroughly enjoys.
Although they waited over a year to introduce their new relationship to her children Hakeem, Rehanna and Aj. Throughout that time Todd continued to learn about them through Zena, always showing thoughtfulness. They all first met Todd at a bowling outing and from then on were able to begin building their own relationship with him. Sharing a love for travel, a destination wedding was an ideal way to celebrate their love. Zena and Todd are excited for their families and friends to join them in Mexico in 2024!!
Zena and Todd’s wedding will be held on June 29, 2024 at Secrets Moxché, a brand new Adults Only, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form and your $150 per person deposit if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears on your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable deposit by January 25, 2024 at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due April 10, 2024.
- -Send us your flight information no later than May 1, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- –Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and April 10, 2024 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after April 10, 2024 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- -Any change to your reservation after the first is subject to a $50 per change fee. No changes allowed after final payment.

Room Information
A $150 per person non refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
