Vittoriana and Guillermo’s Wedding will be held February 24, 2024 with a suggested stay of February 22-26, 2024 at Grand Palladium Bavaro Suites, an all-inclusive resort in Dominican Republic.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by July 28, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due November 6, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than January 5, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after last date of travel.
- Any cancellation between the time of booking and November 6,2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after November 6, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- Any change after the first is subject to $50 per change fee. Changes after final payment are subject to refusal.

Room Information
A $150 per person non refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
Premium Jr. Suite Garden View
These suites with garden views are perfect for an idyllic holiday in Punta Cana. Relax in the room’s hydro-massage bath and enjoy the double sofa bed, a choice of a king size bed or two double beds, a mini bar and a flat-screen TV. (Max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children)
