Victoria and Maurice’s wedding will be held November 2, 2024 at the Hard Rock Punta Cana resort a 5 star, family-friendly, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in the Dominican Republic.

Our team at DestinationWeddingeeze is here to answer any and all of your questions and help make booking your room as easy as possible!

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers to and from the airport and resort.  Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.

We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and we will confirm availability if it’s outside the core group dates.

You must submit the booking form and $150 per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to me by March 8, 2024.

Important Dates & Details

• -Submit the booking form with your names as they appear on your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit by March 8, 2024, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
• -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due June 28, 2024.
• -Send us your flight information no later than September 5, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
• -Make sure that you have a current Passport that does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
• -Any cancellation between the time of booking and June 28, 2024 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
• -Any cancellation after June 28, 2024 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).  In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance.  If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of insurance will be proocessed at the same time as your deposit payment.
• Any change to your reservation after the first change is subject to a $50 per person per change fee.  No changes allowed after final payment.
