We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form by November 1, 2022, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due January 6, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than March 22, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and January 6, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after January 6, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Per the CDC regardless of COVID vaccination status, a negative COVID test is required prior to re-entry in the United States (will be arranged upon arrival at the resort) as of 5/22/22, subject to change.

Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
