Myeasha and Damon’s wedding will be held November 7 – 12, 2023 at Dreams and Secrets Bahia Mita, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. You must submit the booking form and $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to me by March 1, 2023.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport and your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by March 1, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due July 18, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than September 20, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and July 18, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after July 18, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any change after the first will be subject to a $50 per change fee. Changes after final payment are subject to refusal.
