Morgan and Austin’s wedding will be held June 1, 2024 with a suggested stay of May 30 – June 3, 2024 (There is a 4 night minimum stay) at Moon Palace, a 5 star, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in Cancun, Mexico.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

Important Dates & Details
-Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport and your $150 per adult non-refundable deposit by September 5, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due January 22, 2024.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and/or Visa and it does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and January 22, 2024 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after January 22, 2024 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. if you would like to purchase insurance you must purchase it using the link in the booking form.
- -Any change to your reservation after the first may be subject to a $50 per change fee. No changes allowed after final payment.

Room Information
A $150 per person non refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. Please then have the other person paying in the room submit their own form and list your roommate as the second traveler. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE IT MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
