We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by July 13, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person deposit.
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due November 9, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than January 18, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and November 9, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after November 9, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- Any change after the first is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.

If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.

An oversized floorplan with one king-size bed or two queen beds, a relaxing hot tub, and a patio or balcony with sweeping ocean views.

Located in the adults-only section of the resort. It has King size bed and hydromassage tub . They have a view of the pool or the gardens.

Oversized suites, specially designed for families with a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and a relaxing hot tub for two. Frosted glass sliding door separates this area from the living space where there is a double sofa bed, plus a single sofa bed. Maximum four guests (3 adults max or 2 adults and 2 children)
