Jennifer and Antwan’s wedding will be held June 21-25, 2023 at Dreams Vista Resort in Mexico, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.

We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. Please submit the booking form by October 1, 2022, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

June 22: Rehearsal Dinner | 8 pm, Rooftop

June 23: Wedding Ceremony, followed by cocktails and reception | 5 pm, Palapa

Important Dates & Details

-Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by October 1, 2022, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
-Final payment of the remaining balance will be processed on March 8, 2023.
-Send us your flight information no later than May 1, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
-Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after departure.
-Any cancellation between the time of booking and March 8, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
-Any cancellation after March 8, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
-Any change after the first is subject to $50 change fee. No changes allowed after final payment.

Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
