Jacinth and Anthone’s wedding will take place on August 22, 2024 at Dreams Natura Resort in Mexico, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort with a suggested stay of August 20-25, 2024.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form and your $150 per person deposit if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

Important Dates & Details
- -Submit the booking form with full names as they appear on passport(s) and your deposit payment by January 30, 2024, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
- Final payment of your remaining balance will be due May 1, 2024.
- Flight information must be provided by June 20, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort. (we’ll follow up with specific instructions).
- -Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after departure.
- -Any cancellation between time of booking and May 1, 2024 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after May 1, 2024 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- -Any change after the first change will be subject to a $50 per change fee. No changes after final payment.
