Hi! My name is Melanie, and I will manage the reservations for Emily and Charlie’s wedding.

The wedding will be held Sunday, April 13, 2025, with a suggested stay of April 10-15, 2025, with the core events taking place April 11-14, 2025, at Secrets Moxché, a brand new, adults-only, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in Playa del Carmen. (There is a minimum stay of three nights, but you can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation.)

Our team at DestinationWeddingeeze is here to answer any and all of your questions and help make booking your room as easy as possible!

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form and your 60% of the room total deposit if you are attending.

We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

Important Dates & Details

● December 5, 2024: Submit the booking form with the name that appears on your passport. We will confirm availability and process your 60% of the room total as a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

● January 21, 2025: Final payment of your remaining balance will be due.

● March 1, 2025: Flight information must be provided, otherwise transportation to/from the resort is not guaranteed and/or complimentary. (We’ll follow up with specific instructions.)

● Please book your own flights. Arrival city airport code: “CUN” – Cancun, Mexico.

Transportation to/from CUN airport is included with your package.

● There is a minimum of a 3-night stay. You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you.

● Any cancellation between the time of booking and January 21, 2025, is subject to 60% of the room total penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).

● Any cancellation after January 21, 2025, is subject to a 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form, you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.

● Any change after the first change is subject to a $50 per person, per change fee. No changes are allowed after the final payment.

● MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CURRENT PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE UNTIL AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR LAST DATE OF TRAVEL.
