Elyssa and Mason’s wedding will be held on March 8, 2024 at El Dorado Seasides Suites Resort, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in Mexico.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you.

Transportation to/from Cancun, Mexico airport is included with your package as long as flights are provided by the deadline.
Please make sure to have your flight information by January 20, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort. I’ll follow-up with instructions on how to submit your flight information.

Important Dates & Details
- ● Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by June 20, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
- -Final payment of your remaining balance will be due November 20, 2023.
- -Send us your flight information no later than January 20, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort.
- -Make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.
- -Any cancellation between the time of booking and November 20, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- -Any cancellation after November 20, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- Any change after the first is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.

If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
