Our Proven Path to Perfection
We believe that every wedding is unique, and there is not a “one size fits all” destination wedding resort. During our initial call, we'll answer your questions and learn about each other to see if there's a fit.
We take this information and prepare a custom proposal of resorts and wedding packages based on your desired location, style and budget. We'll help you navigate the contract process and secure a room block. A wedding website will also be built for your wedding group that will have the essential information to help them book their room.
During this phase, we introduce to the on-site wedding planning who will help you with the details for your big day. While we don't handle wedding planning, we're right by your side, serving as a trusted advisor and "gut check" throughout the process.
A big portion of the process is helping your guests book their travel and answering their questions along the way. We'll keep you updated throughout to ensure you know who's already booked.

During our initial free consultation, you’ll share what you’re looking for in your dream wedding. We’ll get to know each other and the big picture details.
If we decide to move forward with each other, we’ll send over our simple planning agreement.
After that we’ll work on our proposal and then review together.
After deciding on a resort and date, we’ll help secure your contracts.
We’ll create a wedding booking site for all of your guests.
Once launched, we’ll take care of all the room reservations for you and your guests.
You’ll also work hand-in-hand with the on-site wedding coordinator at the resort to plan your wedding events.

Many resorts that we work with will only have 1-2 weddings per day.
Additionally, to secure the best discounted room rates and perks you want to book far enough out.
Because of this, we recommend booking your wedding at least 9 months in advance and as far as 24 months in advance.
