Chris and Annie’s wedding ceremony will be held on March 8, 2024 at Generations, El Dorado Royal Resort, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resorts in Mexico.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple is knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions that you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire. If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availability prior to booking your flight.

You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you.

Transportation to/from Cancun, Mexico airport is included with your package as long as flights are provided by the deadline.
Please make sure to have your flight information by January 15, 2024 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort. We’ll follow-up with instructions on how to submit your flight information.

Important Dates & Details
- • Submit the booking form with your full name as it appears in your passport by July 15, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit

- • Final payment of your remaining balance will be due November 17, 2023.
- • Flights must be provided by January 15, 2024 otherwise transportation to/from the resort is not guaranteed and/or complementary. (We’ll follow up with specific instructions)
- • Make sure that you have a current passport that does not expire until at least six months after last date of travel.
- • Any cancellation between the time of booking and November 17, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- • Any cancellation after November 17, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
- • Any change after the first change is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.

Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees, and transfers.
