Chelsea and Jamie’s wedding will be held December 9, 2023 with a suggested stay of December 7 – 11, 2023 at Secrets and Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa Resort in Mexico, an adults only, all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.
PLEASE NOTE – The Bride and Groom, Chelsea and Jamie will be staying at the Resort from December 5 – 12, 2023 and they would love it if you joined them for the duration!! If you would like to extend your stay and turn this into a longer vacation, please indicate that on the booking form and wait for us to confirm availbility prior to booking your flight.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the resorts for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though the couple are knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
We have a limited number of each room type so act fast to make sure you secure the room you desire! You must submit the booking form to me by May 1, 2023.

Transportation to/from Cancun, Mexico airport is included with your package as long as flights are provided by the deadline.
Please make sure to have your flight information by October 20, 2023 so we can arrange transfers to/from the resort. We’ll follow-up with instructions on how to submit your flight information.

Important Dates & Details
- ● Submit the booking form by May 1, 2023, at which point we will confirm availability and process your $150 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
- ● Final payment of your remaining balance will be due August 25, 2023.
- ● Flights must be provided by October 20, 2023 otherwise transportation to/from the resort is not guaranteed and/or complimentary. (We’ll follow up with specific instructions)
- ● Any cancellation between the time of booking and August 25, 2023 is subject to $150 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- ● Any cancellation after August 25, 2023 is subject to 100% full payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
- ● Any change after the first is subject to a $50 change fee. No changes are allowed after final payment.
- ● MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CURRENT PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE UNTIL ATLEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER DEPATRTURE.
