The celebration of Ashlee and Alfredo will be held July 20-24, 2022 at The Grand at the Moon Palace resort in Mexico, 5 star, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort.
My name is Sharon Benoff of Vacationeeze, and I am coordinating the destination wedding plans for Ashlee and Alfredo. We are excited for the wedding and look forward to seeing you there.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for you and have arranged for your transfers from the airport and resort. Even though Ashlee and Alfredo are knowledgeable about the plans, please contact me directly with any questions you might have. Please read the information on the following pages and be sure to complete the booking form if you are attending.
If you would like to extend your stay, and turn this into a vacation, please indicate that on the booking form. You must submit the booking form to me by January 24, 2022.

Arrival City airport Code: “CUN” – Cancun, Mexico
Transportation to/from CUN airport is included with your package.
Please make sure that you have a current Passport and it does not expire until at least January 19, 2023.
Please make sure to submit the booking form by January 24, 2022 for initial deposit submission.
Final payment is due April 4, 2022.

The main stay for the wedding events are suggested as July 20-24, 2022.
Come early, stay late! You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date.
If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are price per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, taxes, fees and transfers.
Important dates to remember:
You must book your room by January 24, 2022, deposit of $150 per person due at time of booking
Final payment of the remaining balance of your room is due by April 4, 2022
Flight information must be provided by April 25, 2022
Grand Deluxe Garden View Room
Large room with views of the gardens of the resort. The rooms are very large with whirlpool tubs. Rooms can hold up to 4 guests including children .
Double occupancy-per person based upon 2 or 3 in the room
- 6 nights: $1791 per person
- 5 nights: $1493 per person
- 4 nights: $1194 per person
- 3 nights: $936 per person
Rates for one person in the room available upon request
Rates for children ages 0-17 are $40.00 per child for the entire stay when sharing a room with 2 paying adults
