Alexandra and Shawn’s wedding will be held on November 15, 2025, at SLS Playa Mujeres, an all-inclusive, beachfront luxury resort in Cancun, Mexico, with a suggested stay from November 12 – 16, 2025. (There is a minimum of a 3-night stay.)

You can extend your travels to turn this into a longer vacation. Simply indicate on your booking form the EXACT arrival date and departure date and we’ll confirm availability with you. (There is a minimum of a 3-night stay.)

Important Dates & Details
● Submit the booking form with names as they appear in your passport and your 85% per person payment by May 14, 2025, at which point we will confirm availability and process your payment.
● The final payment of your remaining balance will be due August 1, 2025.
● Any cancellation between the time of booking and July 1, 2025, is subject to a $250 per person penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
● Any cancellation between July 2 and August 1, 2025, is subject to an 85% per person payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance).
● Any cancellation after August 1, 2025, is subject to a 100% full-payment penalty (excluding those with travel insurance). In the booking form, you can select to purchase or decline travel insurance. If you select to purchase insurance, the cost of the insurance will be processed at the same time as your deposit payment.
● Any change after the first is subject to a $100 per change fee. No changes are allowed after the final payment.
● MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CURRENT PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE UNTIL AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR LAST DATE OF TRAVEL.

A 85% per person payment is due when you make your reservation. If you’re rooming with someone and they’re paying separately, please include their name(s) on your booking form. We can only process rooms when we have all the necessary payment information for the entire room.
Your trip includes round trip transportation to/from the airport and resort. Your trip does not include airfare.
All amounts are noted in USD and are priced per person for the entire stay, including resort, food, beverage, and transfers.
All rooms are subject to availability, especially those outside of the core booking window. Prices are based upon arrival on November 12, 2025. Arrival on other dates pricing may vary. Please don’t book flights until your room has been confirmed by our team directly.
